Wow,wow... Surprised my husband for our anniversary brunch. I have traveled and been on many different adventures.
This is so perfect for an afternoon lunch with a great view and a refreshingly energetic and engaging staff!
We are local here and will be making this a regular event on our calendar... Thank you Faith and the rest of the crew for a beautiful day. Thank youHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Oct 3, 2022
We took the morning 5 hour cruise from Tri-Cities through the locks at Ice Harbor Dam on the Snake River. The experience of going through the locks was fascinating and made the trip worthwhile. On top of that we had a continental breakfast on the way up river followed by a full lunch and desert on the way back. The trip took longer than expected due to waiting for a large barge getting through the locks on return. The staff were all great and ultra-attentive. There was a nice printout that gave a history of sites along the tour. I highly recommend this tour. It was well worth the price. Sorry for not getting pictures of the boat and food but it was all great.

AHHHHHHHH-MAZING ! Had such an awesome experience from the entry to the edit. Staff was very polite ; friendly , helpful and I'm happy we decided to do something different for Easter dinner this year ! Faith was so sweet and Jayme as well. The manager was awesome and even got our baby a last minute mac and cheese. We even got to drive the boat ! Greg even took photos of our family and made sure we got them
I highly recommend rbis cruise for any occasion. We will be backHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Gallina Z.Bothell, WA046Jun 17, 2022
Everything was perfect. The experience, the sunset, the appetizers and the extra strawberries and champagne that we ordered. The strawberry spinach salad, the cod with the wild rice and asparagus was spot on. The only thing that needed improvement was the steak was well done.

We were greeted right away upon entry. Our server was very friendly and always had a smile on her face. The cruise was calm and serene. Food was delicious. We went for the brunch cruise but would go back again for a dinner cruise as well. The sunshine made our time on deck quite pleasant. Thank you for a great time!

The worst waste of time and money short of buying designer shoes for your dog/cat. Absolutely minimal service, horrific food, and I don't know how but they screwed up a rum and coke but somehow they managed it. It's like they shopped at Winco before the"cruise" and bought everything from the tasteless sirloin to the gawd awful cheesecake there. For the amount of money this costs (just under $300 for the two of us) I could have had a really nice dinner and drinks at Cedars. They didnt even offer coffee at the end of the meal. I shudder to think of what the other 3 food option looked like. I'm thinking that the same guy that was the " Captain" was also the "chef". 3 hours I can never get back and desperately want to.

The one star is only because you have to put a star...and the staff is at least friendly. However it is a complete sham on their part as they appear to be waiting for the "big party" booking or could just care less of the customers that are trying to book with them. After multiple calls since March, being told that they didn't have their calendar figured out yet for the summer and promises by the staff and managers that they would get back to us, we have now been left hanging yet again without a callback, only to look online and see that the one weekend we are there & have continually asked them about, they are only offering a lunch cruise and not a dinner cruise on Friday like the other weekends, and the Saturday is booked for a private party. They need to work on customer service for sure and we will not be recommending them to any of our friends who will travel there to see our family.

This is a relatively new venue in Richland and loads right at the Marina adjacent to the Lodge at Columbia Point.
It is a pretty good sized "yacht" and runs brunch cruises (weekends only?) and evening cruises. Total length of the cruise is around 2.5 hours.
Since we were invited to go, I didn't know what to expect. Normally I am reluctant to go on these type of events, but as one of my friends says, "Free is good". So I went with an open mind.
With a mimosas in hand, the cruise departed in the upstream direction. Great for sightseeing and seeing ag and homes along the river. According to one of the crew, the guests are more locals than tourists.
The food was buffet style and consisted of several frittatas, breakfast meats, pastries, potatoes, fruit, meat and cheese croissants and coffee. Cocktails were available at an extra charge. We found the food well prepared and seasoned. Seconds were even available as were additional mimosas. Cloth napkins and white table cloths were used.
The Captain allowed guests to roam the deck before and after the meal.
In the end, I was surprised how much I enjoyed the experience. Would try the evening cruise next time.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 76386339Sep 9, 2018
We are new to the Tri-Cities area. We decided to try the cruise out. Went for my birthday and absolutely loved it. Took the lunch cruise and had a wonderful steward named Kimberly. She was welcoming and kind. She took her time to talk with us and give us suggestions for future cruises.
The food was very good and so were the drinks. We enjoyed the cruise so much we came back the following weekend when my parents were in town. This time we celebrated our wedding anniversary. The food was again very good.
Everyone associated with Water2Wine were friendly, funny and accommodating. One in our party is Gluten Free and they completely accommodated her along with a special GF dessert. We will definitely be back to try other themed cruises in the future! You must try them out, totally worth it!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
