Today, we're introducing you to the brains behind Wayfinder! This is Evan Harney, MBA’s third year as Pahlisch Homes' Software Development Director, and during that time, he has worked tirelessly to bring Wayfinder to life. Building big innovations, like Wayfinder, from scratch comes with its' unique set of challenges and setbacks, but Evan never lets roadblocks interfere with his positive attitude and dedication to team spirit! When asked what he has been most proud of during his time with Pahlisch, Evan said, "All the talented individuals throughout Pahlisch Homes who poured their energy, creativity, and talents into Wayfinder. The platform was no more than an idea two years ago that we turned into reality as a team. It brings me joy to see it in the hands of our customers after a successful launch." Words of Wisdom from Evan 🌟: "Knowledge is power when combined with intentional action."

Today we want to introduce you to Ella Bullis! Ella is one of our staff accounts and has been with the accounting team for almost 3 years. What have you been most proud of since you've been at Pahlisch? "My new position within the accounting department. Our team, as a whole, is going through a big shift right now. And it is amazing to watch each of us step up to the challenges of our new responsibilities while also working hard to support and cross-train each other." Any words of wisdom? "As my parents always say, 'Work hard so you can play harder.'" Accounting's processes can be confusing for those of us who don't speak numbers - Ella is an incredible teammate who is always available to lend a hand, offer an explanation, or create a helpful (color-coded!) guide to help make it easy for all teams!

At the end of the first quarter every year, Pahlisch Homes hosts All Hands meetings in every region to connect on company goals and initiatives. This year, we discussed exciting changes that are coming to the exteriors and finishes our of homes and an exciting project we are launching at the end of the month!
